After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS if your details are provided correctly.

Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance of the order. We may cancel or refuse an order if:

Because our products are occasionwear and delicate garments, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including altered, customized, damaged, worn, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive items.

We provide size information to help customers choose the right fit. However, sizing may vary depending on the style, fabric, cut, and silhouette of the dress.

Customers are responsible for checking the size guide before ordering. If unsure, please contact us before purchase for styling or size support.

Armada Couture is not responsible for incorrect size selection if the customer did not check the size guide or contact us for help.

10. Studio Visits and WhatsApp Support

We may offer studio visits, styling support, or WhatsApp assistance depending on availability.

Studio visits may require prior booking. Availability of a studio visit does not guarantee product availability unless confirmed by our team.

WhatsApp styling advice is provided to help customers, but the final purchase decision remains the customer’s responsibility.

All website content, including brand name, logo, images, product descriptions, designs, graphics, text, and layout, belongs to Armada Couture or its content partners.

You may not copy, reuse, sell, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
