Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping · Complimentary UAE Delivery

From our boutique in the United Arab Emirates to your next special occasion, Armada Couture offers worldwide shipping, with complimentary delivery within the UAE.

Delivery Within the UAE

Delivery is free across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days once your dress is ready.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery options, shipping charges and estimated arrival times vary by destination. Please contact our team before placing an international order to confirm the arrangements for your location.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties or local taxes. Please contact us to clarify any applicable charges before ordering.

Order Preparation

Most dresses are made by hand to order, so the making time depends on the style and size. Some styles are ready to ship. If you need your dress by a certain date, message us before ordering and we will confirm the timing.

Delivery Updates

Once your order is dispatched, delivery updates may be provided by email, SMS, WhatsApp or the courier. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times are estimates. Public holidays, busy periods, customs clearance and courier delays may affect arrival. If you need your dress for a particular date, please speak with our team before placing your order.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact our team or the courier to arrange the next steps. Incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients may delay delivery.

Boutique Collection

Collection and boutique visits may be arranged by appointment. Please contact us in advance to confirm your preferred style, size and collection time.

Help With Your Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.
